Welcome to KeenbeanCoffee.com. We love what we do and doing it well is our passion! Each bag of coffee is hand stamped, filled with FRESHLY roasted coffee, and handled with care!
We supply wholesale and retail customers with high-quality freshly roasted coffee We pride ourselves in curating a coffee experience that reaches from connoisseurs to good ole fashioned coffee drinkers! Our staff dedicates themselves to cultivating the skills necessary to produce consistent, delicious, and conscious coffee.

Our roastery is based in MT Vernon Missouri ( SW Missouri).  All products & services are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Where applicable, CST is included in the price. 

When using this website’s particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms and conditions.

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Us”, “Our” and “We” refers to KeenBeanCoffee.com, and “You” and “Your” refers to you, the client, visitor, and website user, or person using our website.

You must be over 18 years of age to use this website and to purchase any goods or services.

Any participation in this site will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this site.

Shipping Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday or the next business day. Please note we reserve the right to close on weekends, national, and public holidays.

If a product you order is unavailable for delivery, we will contact you and give you the option of a refund for that item.

If you have not elected to leave your delivery unattended, and someone is not present to receive it, in some cases it may be returned to United States Post Office (USPS) depot. We do not normally place a signature required unless requested by the client/wholesaler but if your order was returned to the USPS depot we ask that you contact the closest USPS office nearest to you to arrange redelivery.

Returns and Refunds Policy

We endeavor to deliver you the freshest and most delicious coffee on the planet! We do not refund for change of mind and we are not required to provide refunds or replace any goods, which have been used, connected, or installed unless they have major faults.

If you have received a faulty item, please contact us before returning the item. All returned goods must be sent via a traceable tracking number and pre-paid method in appropriate packaging to avoid in-transit damage.

If upon inspection the goods are deemed faulty we will provide a refund for the cost of the goods.  In case of faulty items, we will also refund the cost of the return shipment once assessed.

Refunds will be processed via the same method as the customer’s original payment (PayPal/Visa/MasterCard Discover etc.).

Site updates and revisions

KeenBeanCoffee.com may change, terminate, suspend or discontinue any aspect of this website including its terms & conditions at any chosen time, without notice. Your continued use of this website after any changes will be construed as acceptance of any changes to any of the terms & conditions.

Limitation of Liability

We try to provide you with accurate and up-to-date information but we are not responsible or liable for the accuracy, usefulness, or availability of any information transmitted or made available via this site, and shall not be responsible or liable for any error or omissions in that information.

Laws that Govern these Terms and Conditions

This agreement and this website are subject to the laws of FAR acquistion.gov. Commercial Products and Commercial Services. If there is a dispute between you and KeenBeancoffee Roasters CO that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the USA & State of Missouri.

KeenBeanCoffee.com gives no warranty that the goods or services will be free of errors, that defects will be corrected, or that our website or its server is free of viruses or any other harmful components.


Coffee subscriptions are paid for in advance and include a set amount of coffee beans delivered in installments. If you need to alter the delivery date of an unfilled subscription order please navigate to your my-account section of the website this will require you to log in to your Keenbean Coffee credentials given to you at the time of your account creation. Your subscription account information is located at https://www.keenbeancoffee.com/my-account/   here you will simply click cancel and your subscription services will stop. You may also contact us 10 days before your due date is due at info@keenbeancoffee.com  and we will do our best to accommodate you. We will not cancel a subscription and refund for unmade deliveries, but we are happy to alter the address and details for any remaining deliveries due as part of the subscription. Please note additional delivery fees may apply depending on the updated delivery details.

By default when you choose subscriptions of a product being purchased this is an automatic renewal of subscriptions process, you are not required to contact us to renew and in order to cancel simply navigate to your my account section of your membership section located here. 

Exclusion of Competitors

If you are in the business of creating similar goods or services for the purpose of providing them for a fee to users, whether they are business users or domestic users, then you are a competitor of Keenbeancoffee.com Keenbean Coffee Roaster Company expressly excludes and does not permit you to use or access our website, to download any documents or information from our website or obtain any such documents or information through a third party. If you breach this term then KeenBeanCoffee.com will hold you fully responsible for any loss that we may sustain and further hold you accountable for all profits that you might make from such unpermitted and improper use. KeenBeanCoffee.com reserves the right to exclude and deny any person access to our website, services, or information at our sole discretion.
